Guest Policy
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a stay.
- Unmarried couples are welcome, and we respect the privacy of all our guests.
- Children below 6 years stay free of charge when sharing accommodation with parents.
- Children between 7–12 years will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Children above 12 years will be charged at the full adult rate.
Identification Requirements
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Acceptable forms of identification include Passport, Driving License, or Government ID Card (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
- International guests are required to provide their Passport and valid Visa details at check-in.
House Rules
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the property premises to maintain a clean and family-friendly environment.
- Pets are not allowed on the property to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
- Please maintain peace and decorum within the property; loud music, disruptive behavior, or parties that disturb other guests are not permitted.
- Guests are requested to respect the check-in and check-out timings to allow for smooth room preparation and service.
Property Care & Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and room in good condition. Any damage, loss, or breakage caused during the stay will be charged accordingly.
- The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.
- Please follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and respect property guidelines to ensure everyone’s well-being.
Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to deny or terminate accommodation to any guest found violating these rules or engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior.
- Kalon Hospitality also reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations as necessary, without prior notice.
