At Kalon Hospitality, we value your trust and understand that sometimes plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests, we have a transparent cancellation policy in place. Please review the terms below before confirming your reservation.
Standard Cancellation Charges
- 100% Cancellation Charges – Applied if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- 50% Cancellation Charges – Applied if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days prior to the check-in date.
- 25% Cancellation Charges – Applied if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days prior to the check-in date.
- 15% Cancellation Charges – Applied if the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the check-in date.
Date Amendments
Guests wishing to modify their booking dates may do so based on availability. However, all date amendments will be treated as a new reservation, and charges will apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
Refunds
Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your official cancellation request.
Refunds will be made through the same payment mode used during booking.
Please note that transaction fees, taxes, or bank charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.
Special Conditions
For group bookings, festive seasons, or special events, separate cancellation terms may apply.
In case of no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice), 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
Kalon Hospitality reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation terms in exceptional circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, natural calamities, or emergencies).
